Wayne Quek
Founder

Wayne is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) from Singapore Management University (SMU). A successful Relationship Manager during his time with DBS and HSBC, Wayne used his expertise in financial markets to help his clients build up comprehensive investment portfolios. The entrepreneur is also the founder of Home Loan Whiz, a mortgage consulting firm that assists clients with selecting ideal mortgages for their needs.

Lorraine Lee
Chief Administrator

Lorraine is our Chief Administrator and an expert in the industry. Formerly a Mortgage Specialist with Standard Chartered Bank, Lorraine’s expertise is matching clients with the best mortgage loans on offer, taking into account their personal finances, cash flow and other personal circumstances. She also runs the day to day operations and is the back bone of the company

Gerry Ong
Business Manager

Gerry has spent time working in 5 different banks in various capacities, across a range of functions from back to middle and front office. After leaving banking, he spent time working on market research for consumer banking with a focus on the Chinese and Singapore market. He now serves as a home loan consultant and business manager of Easyrates.

Mayne Wong
Senior Consultant

Mayne holds a bachelor of Commerce in Management and Banking, and has been in the banking industry for the past 8 years. She has experience in both the consumer and private banking sectors, dealing with the structuring and restructuring of mortgages for property investors. To date, Mayne has handled mortgage sales with a volume totalling approximately $300 million. When Mayne is not busy helping others with their mortgages, she can be found working out in a Pilates studio or chilling at a quirky juice bar somewhere in town.

Mitchell Ling
Senior Consultant

Started from a humble beginning as a mortgage help desk client care officer 11 years ago, Mitchell Ling has worked his way up from a retention officer and sales specialist to become a Business Development Manager leading a team of 11 mortgage specialists in a Bank. He had in the past constantly liaised with private bankers and assisted them with their customer’s needs on property matters. Currently joined as a senior consultant with Home Loan Whiz.

Yolanda Poh
Senior Consultant

Yolanda carries with her a wealth of experience in mortgage markets. Formerly a senior mortgage manager in a local bank, Yolanda has managed over $500 million worth of loans, and has in-depth expertise in local housing, commercial loans and foreign property loans in countries such as the UK, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities such as Dragon-boating, Netball and is also an avid scuba diver.

Jerald Loo

Associate Consultant

A graduate from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with an Upper Second-Class Honours, Jerald has accumulated experience in corporate banking supporting local enterprises, and in international commerce with a multinational company. Having established a network in diverse fields, Jerald goes the extra mile to help his clients meet their financial needs.

Sing Heng Associate Consultant

Sing Heng holds a Bachelor of Economics and has great interest in policies happening all around the world especially those related to housing and property. He is a financial blogger and has written widely on financial topics since 2013 in his personal financial blog SG Young Investment, which has been viewed more than 2 Million times. He has also been interviewed on The Straits Times for his views on money management and CPF.”

Alan Tan
Senior Consultant

Alan delivers a decade of experience in the areas of local residential and commercial mortgages, as well as financing in the UK and Australia. Formerly a member of Citibank Singapore Ltd, Alan has handled mortgages worth a total value of (approximately) $450,000,000.

WK Lee
Consultant

WK has been in the mortgage business since 2004 and has weathered the ups & downs of the mortgage market. Recipients of several service awards during his tenor with foreign Banks, he’s known to be a good listener. WK believes in helping clients understand their needs, building long term relationships based on mutual trust, professionalism and superior product knowledge.
